Terms of Use
By downloading or using DoseRelay, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Reminder tool, not medical advice
DoseRelay is a personal reminder and record-keeping tool. It is not medical advice and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend doses, identify interactions, verify ingestion, or replace the instructions of a doctor, pharmacist, medication label, or care plan.
Never rely on DoseRelay for an emergency or as your only source of medication instructions. Reminders can be delayed or missed because of device settings, permissions, battery state, connectivity, software errors, or other factors. If you are uncertain about a missed, late, or duplicate dose, contact a qualified healthcare professional. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking medication names, schedules, dose information, time zones, permissions, and every change imported or synchronized by the app. You must use DoseRelay lawfully, protect access to your devices and backups, and avoid attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Free and Pro features
DoseRelay may offer free features and optional Pro features. Feature availability can change as the product evolves, but a change will not remove access to a paid subscription period already granted except when required for safety, law, abuse prevention, or technical necessity.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans are processed by Google Play. Prices, trial eligibility, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase. A monthly or annual subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it through Google Play before the end of the current billing period. Deleting DoseRelay does not cancel a subscription. Google Play's rules govern payment methods, billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility.
A lifetime purchase, if offered, provides access to the designated Pro entitlement for the supported life of the product; it is not a promise that the app or every feature will exist forever. Purchase restoration requires the same store account and may depend on Google Play and RevenueCat availability.
Availability and changes
We work to keep DoseRelay reliable, but provide it on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, compatibility, security, legal, or product reasons. You should keep an independent source of your medication instructions and any records you need.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitality Trails is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss caused by missed notifications, inaccurate user-entered information, device failure, or reliance on the app as medical guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination and governing terms
You may stop using DoseRelay at any time. We may restrict access for material misuse or when required by law. Provisions that logically survive termination—including payment, warranty, liability, and dispute terms—continue to apply. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
